In the OIM-OAM integrated environment, when user logs in OIM identity console for the first time after setting the challenge questions and new password, it results in

"System error, Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."  in the UI.

Error in the OAM Server log:

Steps to reproduce:

1) In a OIM-OAM integrated environment, try logging to the OIM identity console for the first time.

2) Provide the challenge questions and answers and new password, submit and it would fail.
