MFT Can Not Dynamically Create Target FTP Folder If Parent Folder Does Not Exist

Symptoms
A callout is used in order to dynamically set the output folder.
The callout will use the mft api to dynamically create the output folder.
2.2.3 Configuring Target-Specific Transfer Settings
The folder can not be created and the transport instance fails.
In the out log we can see the following exception:
Change working directory to /FTP_REMOTE/Parent_Folder02/Child_Folder01 in the server failed.
Please make sure that the directory exists.
Please make sure that the directory exists.
If the parent folder exists than the instance completes successfully.
