How is it possible make a duplicate instance, from a existent OUD, using oud-setup to new location build via WLST?

For example current location:

$MW_HOME12c/Oracle_Home/<INST_1>/OUD/<OUD_1>

and restore to :

$MW_HOME12c/Oracle_Home/user_projects/domains/<DOMAIN_NAME>/system_components/OUD/<OUD_1>
