Credentials are lost when using "nonblockingInvoke=true" in BPEL 12c

The issue is similar to bug described in Doc ID 2195139.1, but in SOA Suite 12c

The affected composite has a client and service SAML policy attached.
The composite contains a BPEL with a Flow activity.
The nonBlockingInvoke-property is set to true on the partner-links.
If the composite with a SAML-token containing a user (see input.xml, element NameID) is invoked, then the user is lost on the outgoing call .

If the property nonBlockingInvoke is set to false, the credentials are propagated as expected.

Set the nonBlockingInvoke-property to true on the partner-links.
