Not Able To Deploy The Composite From SOA EM Console (Doc ID 2388085.1)

Symptoms

During a composite application deployment attempt, the following error occurs within the Fusion Middleware Control / Enterprise Manager Console and the deployment attempt results in failure.

The pop-up message presented in the Fusion Middleware Control / Enterprise Manager Console:

Deploying on partition "default" of "/Farm_SOA_PROD/SOA_PROD/<SOASERVER1>" ...
Deploying on "/Farm_SOA_PROD/SOA_PROD/<SOASERVER1>" failed!
There was an error deploying the composite on<SOASERVER1>: Deployment Failed: Error occurred during deployment of component: <BPLEPROCESSNAME>to service engine: implementation.bpel for composite: TestDeployment: ORABPEL-05250

error while attempting to deploy the BPEL component file "/ora/prod/apps/<SOASERVER>/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/<SOASERVER>/servers/<SOASERVER1>/dc/soa_#"; the exception reported is: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class com.collaxa.cube.util.JavaHelper

Changes

 This issue could possibly be observed in a new installation of the SOA product or in an existing environment in which modifications have taken place to the Java Path variables in either the setDomainEnv script or Operating System (OS) environmental variables.
