In Non-Clustered CAS Configuration With NIO Conversion, Login Fails on Secondary Cluster Node When Primary Node is Shutdown (Doc ID 2388301.1)

Symptoms

In a WebCenter Sites cluster configuration where CAS is not clustered (1-to-1 relationship with Sites node), the login on the secondary cluster node is not directing traffic correctly.

When the primary Sites cluster node is shutdown, a login attempt on the secondary Sites cluster node fails to login to Sites, because the user is being redirected to the shutdown primary Sites cluster node: http://<hostname_Node_1>:<port>/cas/login?service=http://<hostname_Node_2>:<port>/sites/wem/fatwire/wem/Welcome
