"OracleJSP error: java.io.FileNotFoundException" Error Seen While Creating Lookup UDF After Applying Patch for Bug 27574239

Symptoms

Trying to add a new lookup value in catalog .Created a sysadmin sandbox and selected access catalog option but while trying to select lookup type the popup shows an error message.
A new popup page is displayed with below error message and ideally it should have displayed

ERROR on the screen

OracleJSP error: java.io.FileNotFoundException
Set the init-param debug_mode to true to see complete exception message.

 

 

 

OIM Logs shows the following errors.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Created new sandbox and selected Access Catalog
2. Selected create option and field type as “Lookup”
3. Provided the UDF display name
4. Selected Lookup Type for new UDF
5. A new popup page is displayed with below error message and ideally it should have displayed the lookups to select
