Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, B2B Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
EDI ISA Segment details are not populating in outbound EDI X12 997.
Only GS Segment details are populating. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Outgoing 997 also should have ISA segment included.
