WebLogic 12c Managed Server JVM Arguments being Picked Up Twice in Server Start Tab when Started by Nodemanager (Doc ID 2389252.1)

Symptoms

On 12.1.3.0.0 version, the Managed Server is being started from WebLogic console and have specified the JVM arguments in the "Server tab" in the console.   However, the JVM arguments are being specified twice as shown below:

Changes

Upgrade from WebLogic 10.3.6 to WebLogic 12.1.3
