Can Not Modify Description In Application Template

Symptoms

On : 11.1.2.3.1 version, Logon Manager

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
It is not able to modify description in application template

Steps:

1. Template description is modify in the admin console

2. Template is publish in the Active Directory (AD) server.

3. In the LM client is not refresh then new description not appears.

4. If description in deleted from the template and publish it again.

5. This time LM client is refresh and description is there is not deleted.

6. If description is modify in the application template, this appears only

after refreshing the LM client.
