Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL Blank In SAML Request (Doc ID 2389329.1)

 SAML Request does not include the AssertionConsumerService URL in OIF 11.1.2.3.0

In OIF 11gR1 (11.1.1.2) documentations, it mentioned using 'sendacsurlauthnrequest' parameter to include AssertionConsumerService URL in the SAMLRequest

In some cases, the SAML 2.0 IdP will require the SP to send the Assertion Consumer Service (ACS) URL as part of the authentication request.

This feature enables you to configure Oracle Identity Federation to send the ACS URL in the SAML 2.0 authentication request, referencing the location where the IdP should redirect the user to complete the Federation SSO operation.
By default, the feature is set to false (do not send the ACS URL) 


To configure the server to send the ACS URL in the Authn Request at the SAML 2.0 Global level, set the sendacsurlauthnrequest boolean property from the spsaml20 group to true; to not send the URL, set it to false.
