What JDeveloper Version should I use with SOA Suite 12.2.1.3 ? (Doc ID 2389374.1)

Goal

Is it necessary for us to use JDeveloper 12.2.1.3 after migrating from SOA 12.2.1.2, or can we continue to use the 12.2.1.2 version for our SOA composite development/support despite that we will be deploying to Oracle SOA 12.2.1.3?
