BAM Exception When Parsing Apostrophe

BAM generates a JspParserException when saving a report containing an apostrophe in a label.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open BAM
2. Select a project in French
3. Go to Business View
4. Click on a report (for example: AccountStatebyAgent)
5. Click on properties
6. Add an apostrophe to a label/title
7. Click on Apply
8. Click on Close
9. Click on Save
10. Getting this error message: “An unresolvable error has occured. Please contact your administrator for more information”
11. Getting logged out
12. When logging back in I am only presented with a blank screen. I need to clear the browser cache in order to log back in.
13. Cannot open the report anymore
