Symptoms
On : 12.2.1.0.0 version, B2B Engine
When a cXML inbound message is sent using a REST API, the REST client shows success but the following error occurs in B2B.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute REST API to send cXML.
2. B2B receives message.
3. B2B-50083 occurs.
