On WebLogic One Managed Server Does Not Process JMS Messages (Doc ID 2390388.1)

In WebLogic Server with JMS resource configured on clustered environment, often, one of the managed servers does not process JMS messages. There are no errors in the logs.

When you Monitor the Queue from WebLogic Admin console, it is has messages piled up. Consumer count shows same as other WLS instances, however the messages are not consumed on one problem server.
