Symptoms
When attempting to start the OTD Admin Server it fails with the following error:
$ ./startserv
Oracle Traffic Director 11.1.1.9.0 B04/07/2016 00:42
[ERROR:16] [OTD-10122] unable to find certificate example.com
[ERROR:32] server initialization failed
