Symptoms
1. 11.1.2.2 using OHS 11.1.1.7 with SSL port.
2. Upgraded from JRE 8u161 to 8u171/2 and receive the following errors:
network: Cache entry not found [url: file:/C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/Java/jre1.8.0_171/lib/ext/sunjce_provider.jar, version: null]
javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: Received fatal alert: handshake_failure
at sun.security.ssl.Alerts.getSSLException(Unknown Source)
