"does not have sufficient privileges to query tasks with ADMIN filter" error when using worklist/workspace (Doc ID 2391819.1)

Symptoms

If fetch task counts is enabled, an error will occur when accessing a view.

"Error occurred while fetching task Count"  

When you check the logs, the following error is noticed:

exception.name: User has insufficient privileges to use given filter.
exception.description: The user lee.s in identity context jazn.com does not have sufficient privileges to query tasks with ADMIN filter.
exception.fix: Ensure that proper privileges are granted to the user.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the BPM Workspace
2. A popup shows the error: "Error occurred while fetching task Count" twice. This is shown in the attached Count_error_message.docx
3. The issue is shown for 2 views High Priority and New Tasks views.
