Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) FederationLoopback Test is not working: No value for Name ID requested (Doc ID 2392152.1)

Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager 12c (OAM 12.2.1.3) version, Federation


OAM Federation 12c loopback test

Followed all the steps  as mentioned in the A-Team blog "OAM Federation 11.1.2.3: Performing a Loopback Test"  Still loopback testspsso is not working.

 

The authentication is successful and federated sso is failed with the following error

</dsig:SignatureValue></dsig:Signature><samlp:Status><samlp:StatusCode Value="urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:status:Responder"/><samlp:StatusMessage>No value for Name ID requested</samlp:StatusMessage></samlp:Status></samlp:Response>>


in the diagnostic logs it is showing the authentication is happening against UserIdentityStore1
