Symptoms

In 12c, the search different between searching multibyte character such like Chinese character and English character.

For example, If searching a 3 character Chinese word, 6 byte string). In 11g, the result only returns asset contains exact this word. but
for 12c, the result contains result which contains part of character, which is not expected behavior.

for English word, there are no problems.

Changes

 upgrade to 12c
