Java AMC Crashes WLS when Downloading the Rejected Records File (Doc ID 2392624.1)

Symptoms

Java Advanced Management Console (AMC) stops responding intermittently when deploying on the WebLogic Server (WLS) Admin Server, rather than a managed server.  Often, this occurs when a request for a large rejected records report has been made.  Once this occurs, the AMC Graphical User Interface (GUI) cannot be accessed.

The following error may be seen in the AMC log:

An "OutOfMemoryError" may also be seen.
