Symptoms

The following error is observed in the Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 12c Agent log file after executing a Load Plan:

ODI-1551: Failed to acquire dbms_lock with an SQL exception 'ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201: the identifier 'DBMS_LOCK' must be declared
ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
