Time Zone Problem on WebLogic Server (Doc ID 2392859.1)

Symptoms

A difference has been detected between the time published by the server manager in relation to the connection of the users, with respect to the time the server has (one hour less). The server that contains the application server (WebLogic) is a SUN with Solaris 10 OS. The server manager runs on the deployment server (Windows server) and connects to the servers by the corresponding agent.

Need to know how to correct this time gap and synch servers.
