Symptoms
When using the IPM Migration Tool, the following error occurs. The migration tool has previously processed documents in the same application without failure. The size of the documents migrating are no different than other documents that were exported successfully.

Retrieving the COM class factory for componen with CLSID {bunch of numbers} failed du to the following error: 80070008 Not enough storage is available to process this command.
