ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

ESSO-LM CLIENT IS NOT WORKING IN MOZILLA AND GOOGLE CHROME

ESSO LM is not working with the application template and did not detect the SSO login when using the browsers: Firefox version 54.0 (64) or Chrome 65.0.3325.181(64). It is working properly with the Microsoft IE browser.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The ESSO-LM client must work with certified Browsers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

  1. Create the application template in the ESSO Administrative Console.
  2. Publish the template to the repository.
  3. Refresh the ESSO-LM agent.
  4. Attempt to access the application in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome web browsers.
