OSB Managed Server Going In Not Reachable State When Log Rotation is Enabled (Doc ID 2393375.1)

Goal

OSB managed server is going in 'Warning' state when log rotation is enabled. Why ?

Below are the steps followed.

1. Added "-Dweblogic.log.RedirectStdoutToServerLogEnabled=true " to Server startup arguments
2. Checked - Redirect stdout logging enabled and Redirect stderr logging enabled
