Symptoms

Unable to resize or move columns in <af:table> component on Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome browsers when touch screen is enabled on Windows 10
An ADF application has one page with an <af:table> component. When opening the page on Internet Explorer, Edge or Chrome browser on Windows 10 with touch screen enabled there is no chance to resize or move table's columns.

Everything works as expected on Firefox, no matter if the touch screen is enabled or not. Disabling the touch screen the application works fine on whatever browser is used.
Columns are expected to be resizable or moveable no matter the touch screen settings on Windows 10.
