Page Move Option Is Missing In Oracle WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.9.x Version (Doc ID 2394330.1)

Symptoms

Page "Move" option is missing in WebCenter Portal Administration for a Framework Application in version 11.1.1.9.x.

In WCP Framework App 11.1.1.9.x, the option to move page is NO LONGER present, see test case app below:

Access the below url and Navigate to Assets > Pages > select the drop down and from the Actions drop down and notice that there is No Move Page option.

The "Move" option is available for WebCenter Portal 11.1.1.8.7 version.
