Hang When Access Monitoring Tab In Windows (Doc ID 2395364.1)

Oracle WebLogic Server - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Generic Windows

Symptoms

When access Monitoring tab on console, it hangs and return no response.

This issue can be reproduced by below steps.

1. Install WebLogic run as administorator by default config.
2. create base_domain also run as administorator.
3. Start WebLogic by startWeblogic.cmd not run as administorator.
4. Login WLS console.
5. Move $DOMAIN_NAME > Environment > Servers > AdminServer > Monitoring

  It is hanging and get below threaddump


By other ways to check patchlist (Add -Dweblogic.log.DisplayPatchInfo=true OR by java weblogic.version -verbose OR by WLST),it also hangs at above thread.
