IllegalAccessError: OIM sysadmin and identity Console Intermittently Fails With 500 Error (Doc ID 2395375.1)

When user try to access identity/sysadmin console particular OIM node (say Node 2 separately) in a cluster setup user is getting 500--Internal Server Error
