Opatch Installation Auto-rollback Failed With Error "Jar Action: Source file ".../.patch_storage/...", does not exist or is not readable" (Doc ID 2395772.1)

Symptoms

Issues can happen with any patches.  In this case error was returned while applying patch 27419391 using opatch.


Prerequisite check "CheckRollbackable" on auto-rollback patches failed.
The details are:

Patch 27057030:
Jar Action: Source file "path/.patch_storage/27057030_Nov_21_2017_19_49_29/files/oracle.wls.libraries/12.1.3.0.0/wls.server.symbol/server/lib/weblogic-classes.jar/org/python/modules/sets/PyImmutableSet$1exposed_copy.class", does not exist or is not readable.
'oracle.wls.libraries, 12.1.3.0.0': Cannot update file 'path/wlserver/server/lib/weblogic-classes.jar' with '/org/python/modules/sets/PyImmutableSet$1exposed_copy.class'
