--------------------------

1. Create a custom admin role with the following capabilities and publish it to the Top organization.

Provision Accounts
Deprovision Accounts
View Provisioned Accounts
Enable Provisioned Accounts
Disable Provisioned Accounts
Modify Provisioned Accounts
Change Provisioned Account Passwords

2. Create a test user and assign above admin role.
3. Modify "Provision ApplicationInstance" workflow to include custom admin role and remove out of the box system administrator role. And also set the workflow to "default/AutoApproval!1.0".
4. Login to the console as the test admin user and provision an account.
5. Leave few mandatory fields on the form so the provisioning fails and the request remains in "Provisioning" state.
6. On self service console home page, click Provisioning Tasks-->Open Tasks.
7. Search for the beneficiary. No tasks are displayed. But for xelsysadm user, the task is displayed.
