Symptoms

The issue starts from the below version only,

Oracle GoldenGate for Big Data
Version 12.3.1.1.2
Oracle GoldenGate Command Interpreter
Version 12.3.0.1.0 OGGCORE_OGGADP.12.3.0.1.0GA_PLATFORMS_171014.1003

The large numbers on double type fields arriving with Scientific Notation to Kafka topics using avro-row format.
