Goal

Have 2 WebCenter Sites nodes cluster, and 2 external Remote Satellite Server nodes. One of the Sites node was stuck, but this Sites node was still receiving requests from external RSS nodes.

Is there any TIMEOUT property to stop requests from RSS nodes going to a Sites node, if the Sites response is taking too much time?
