Old WLS PSU Patch Is Not Shown After Applying New WLS PSU Patch in opatch lsinventory (Doc ID 2396417.1)

Goal

After applying patch 27419391 on top of 12.1.3.0.180116(Jan PSU: 27057030), the OPatch command "opatch lsinventory" doesn't show old patch 27057030.
