Problem :

Forms Builder terminates abnormally after upgrading the Red Hat Enterprise Linux from 7.0 to 7.4.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Start Forms and Reports Builder "/app/oracle/config/domains/frsdomain/config/fmwconfig/components/FORMS/instances/forms1/bin/frmbld.sh".
2. Open a form.
3. Choose "Program Units" -> right click on any program unit -> choose "PL/SQL editor" or "Layout editor".
4. Form Builder crashes.
