Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.9.0 version, Webcenter Content

When attempting to file import and export, the following error occurs.

Unable to ping the content server.  Connection details - name null, type WEB_CONTENT_SERVER, user User, context, client <requestServiceName-> IdcWebRequestService>

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:  In the Global Payroll application go to the file import and export.  Attempt to export a file to the content server.

Changes

 Quarterly patches were applied.
