Catalog Searches are Not Behaving Correctly After Applying Bundle Patch

Applied the BP of OIM 22.214.171.124.180331 (upgrade from 126.96.36.199.0) and after the Bundle Patch application, Catalog Searches are not behaving correctly. Valid results are not returned by the catalog search.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to OIM Self Service, Manage -> Users Tab,
2. Search for a User click on "Request Accounts" -> Catalog Page opens
3. Application Instances are not shown - also, valid search does not provide any search results.
