In README, there are three stages to apply OIM Bundle Patch.

Stage 1: Patching the Oracle Binaries (opatch apply)
Stage 2: Filling in the patch_oim_wls.profile File
Stage 3: Patching the Oracle Identity Manager Managed Servers (running patch_oim_wls.sh)

For the Stage 1, README says that it has to be applied on each clustered node, so there is no confusion on that part. But there is some confusion for Stage 2 and 3.

Should Stage 2 and Stage 3 performed on each node of cluster OR just one node of cluster?
