OUD11g - Routine Restart Of OUD Instance provoke ACI Corruption and Unresponsive

A routine restart of OUD instance, caused OUD to be unresponsive.
Observed on logs, 'result=50' recorded for Modify operations and 'result=0' for Search operations, however, search does not return entries 'nentries=0'.
Attempts to restart the instance did not solve the issue
