Symptoms

When setting FoldersIndexParentFolderValues=true, "Reindexing all files under a folder" job is executed and the index is updated (This is an expected behavior).

When setting FoldersIndexParentFolderValues=false, "Reindexing all files under a folder" job is not executed, however, the index is updated.

 Setting FoldersIndexParentFolderValues=true
