Admin Server Out Log Directory Can't Be Redirected When Starting Server with Node Manager

Symptoms
When Starting Admin Server and Managed Server with WLST script , Admin Server Out Log still can't be redirected correctly by below setup. But Managed Server can work correctly.
Add JVM parameter("-Dweblogic.Stdout") on Admin Console by below path
Home > Summary of servers > [server name] > Server start
-Dweblogic.Stdout\=/opt/***/***/***/weblogic/AdminServer.stdout -Dweblogic.Stderr\=/opt/***/***/***/weblogic/AdminServer.stderr
