User Status Not Changed To 'Disabled Until Start Date' On Trusted Recon

In OIM, when the disabled user is updated by a trusted recon via a custom ICF connector to change start date to the future date, the status stays 'Disabled' instead of changing to 'Disabled until start date'.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. The user in OIM with disabled status
2) A trusted recon was run which changes usr_start_date to some date in the future and remove usr_end_date
3) usr_status stays 'Disabled' and not changed to 'Disabled Until Start Date'.
