when ogg installed in window cluster system on remote node, ogg extract will not know if the cluster internal issue.
Here is a case 1:
Source SQL Server databases are on windows cluster (Availability Group) with 3 node local & 1 node remote. when there is network connection issue between local & remote site which caused remote node in Availability Group (AG) to be offline. So SQL Server database was not able to synchronize all databases in AG in sync, which stopped internal log reader from reading transaction logs.
