PSFT ER Connector Should Consider Audit_Actn Value Change (Doc ID 2399856.1)

Last updated on MARCH 03, 2019

Applies to:

Identity Manager Connector - Version and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

When the Employee in PSFT Target application gets terminated, after the reconciliation job run, OIM sets this user's status as terminated.

In business use cases, many times, the administrator would like to delete the termination row for this Employee, which reflects as Termination Delete with Minus (AUDIT_ACTN=D), with the Employee Status still keeps the same without change.

After the OIM reconciliation job run, we expects the OIM takes the consideration of AUDIT_ACTN attribute value change and creates the recon event for it. But in current release of PSFT ER, the mapping fields in the reconciliation are limited to the following only:
Status, PSFT Emp Status, Employee Number, Employee Type, Business Unit, Department, Job Code, Effective Start Date

As you can see, the AUDIT_ACTN is not been considered by the OIM PSFT ER connector. Therefore OIM doesn't create any recon event for this AUDIT_ACTN value change.
