Symptoms

In Desktop Integration Suite, Outlook Integration, when users use a drag-and-drop action to move an email file from Outlook to a WebCenter Content Server folder in Outlook Integration,  the time stamp is set with an incorrect value as compared to when users use the WebCenter Content ribbon bar check-in mail message option in Outlook Integration.
