Cannot View Content Information when Accessed in Desktop Integration Suite (Doc ID 2400118.1)

Symptoms

Users are finding that they cannot view the content information page for files when accessing the content information page through the Desktop Integration Suite interface.   The user instead see a 'page could not accessed' error with a URL.  Note that the URL does not match the WebCenter Content Server URL  used to access the content server in the Desktop Integration Suite Client properties.  Also note that the user in this case is using an OHS web server and has configured a load balancer in front of the clustered WebCenter Content Server. In addition, the user is using a kerberos authentication model.
