Revoke Account Fails If Triggered Second Time Allowing All Task Associated To The Account To Move To Cancelled State

Symptoms
Scenario:
1) User is provisioned to AD.
2) Provide inappropriate IT resource details
3) Select the user account and click remove account.
4) The Delete User task is rejected
Select the account and click remove account, all the task associated to the task gets cancelled and account remains in Provisioned status with no further option to revoke from OIM. So instead of retrying the task or triggering a new task, it cancels all task associated to that account ( i.e) the process instance key is cancelled.
