Incorrect Error Message Displayed for Expired Password

Symptoms

When attempting to authenticate with a user who's OID password has expired OAM returns error message as below

"Invalid username or password"

instead of

"The password has expired. Please contact the System Administrator."

Note that this happens only after upgrading OAM to 11.1.2.3.180116

Changes

 OAM Server upgraded to 11.1.2.3.180116
