FireFox 60+: Error Uploading File With Browse Buttom: "Upload failed." (Doc ID 2400531.1)

Symptoms

When a file is being uploaded using the browse button, and "Upload failed." error is displayed. This occurs in the Firefox browser in version 60.0


Steps to reproduce the issue.

1) Login to avisports Contributor UI using Firefox 60
2) Create a new Image asset
a) Click the Browse button next to "Full size image" (you may need to enable Flash if prompted).
b) Choose an image file to upload.

Observed behavior:
- You will see the uploader progress bar get to 100%, but then a javascript popup displays "Upload failed."
- In the web browser console, the following error is seen:

"[SWFUpload] upload error. IMG_0509.JPG Upload failed. fw_ui_advanced.js:9:497879
